For the year 2024, we exclusively offer "In-Store Pick Up Only" as our shipping method. All orders will be available for pickup at our physical store located at:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification via email.
When picking up your order, please present a copy of your order confirmation (email or printed) and a valid photo ID. This helps us ensure a smooth and secure handover of your items.

Returns and Exchanges

Unused Items in Original Packaging:
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns initiated after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
- Sale products are considered final sale.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sale items.
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, you have two options:
- Visit our store in person.
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request."
If you choose to return the item in-store, please bring the unused item in its original packaging along with the original purchase receipt.
Email Return Request:
If you prefer to initiate the return via email, please provide the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item description
- Reason for return
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed via the original payment type used for the purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
